Wire saw tools are used in Quarrying and block shaping of the stone. Wire saw pearls are the segments in round shape which are used in extraction of the blocks from the mines.

DIAMOND WIRE SAW BEADS FOR MARBLE CUTTING

These are the Wire saw Beads specially made to extract Marble Blocks. Supertech wires are specially designed to reach the optimum output and suitable to cut all varieties of stones of different hardness.

DIAMOND WIRE FOR GRANITE CUTTING

These are the Wire saw Beads specially made to extract Granite Blocks. The main difference between these two wires is Granite wire compulsorily requires Rubber/PU coating on it where as in Marble it is not so. Supertech wires are designed to increase the wire sawing speed thereby reducing operation costs. The plastic/ rubber used adheres better to the beads and support the wire, which protects it better from the entry of water, slurry and other particles.

The flexibility of the wire fitted with PU/rubber is greater, which reduces the risk of irregular wearing of the beads. We Manufacturer Wire saw Beads of 11.5mm and 12mm size.
